Step 2:
Complete Homebuyer Education. MHN (NWMT) classes meet national quality standards.
Step 3:
Choose a local MHN (NWMT) Lender and get a sense of how much house you can afford. Lenders are the link to special first-time homebuyer
down payment and mortgage loans.
Step 4:
Look for a house that fits within what you can afford. MHN (NWMT) Real Estate Professionals specialize in working with first-time

and special loan products.
Step 5:
Work with your Realtor to obtain a Buy/Sell Agreement.
Step 6:
Get a Home Inspection done on the house you want to purchase.
Step 7:
Work with your lender to complete the loan process.
