Eastern Plains RC&D Area, Inc. provides 1st Time Homebuyer Education classes once a month in various cities in Eastern Montana. These eight hour classes are held on one Saturday per month. In order to receive a Certification of Completion the participant must attend the full 8-hour session. The classes provide information on budgeting and credit, the home loan process, down-payment and closing cost assistance, homeowners insurance, home inspection, and protecting your investment.
The cost of the class is $20.00 per household. Lunch is provided by Eastern Plains RC&D Area, Inc.
